The cutter ring adopts a flat top and inclined
surface design, with excellent toughness and wear resistance, suitable for a
wide range of applications.
Suitable for tunneling in moderately weathered and
strongly weathered strata with rock uniaxial compressive strength below
100MPa, such as conglomerate, marble, sandstone and limestone strata.

increase the thickness of the cutter ring and improve the wear resistance
distance.
Suitable for strata with abundant cobblestone
distribution, as well as strata containing large-diameter cobblestones and

The cutting edge adopts an arc-shaped design.
Special material combined with targeted heat treatment process ensures the
toughness of the cutter ring while taking into account its wear resistance.
Suitable for tunneling in weakly weathered and
slightly weathered hard rock strata with rock uniaxial compressive strength
above 100MPa, such as granite, diorite, limestone, gneiss, basalt and other
strata.

The cutting edge of the wedge-shaped tooth alloy
cutter ring is conical, and the rock breaking mode of the cutter is mainly
point contact, with high rock breaking strength.
The maximum applicable stratum for wedge-shaped
tooth cutter rings is about 80MPa, especially for rock strata around 60MPa
such as sandstone and limestone, featuring fast tunneling speed and long
service life.

The alloy of the alloy block cutter ring is wider
than the cutter ring matrix, which can protect the parent body and avoid the
falling off of the alloy caused by premature wear of the cutter body.
Suitable for strata below 30MPa with strong abrasion
and long tunneling distance, such as sandstone.
